According to French investigators, Yassine Salhi, the truck driver suspected of beheading a businessman in a terror attack took a selfie with the beheaded victim and sent the image via WhatsApp to a Canadian mobile phone. The French say they are trying to determine the recipient’s identity. Some reports have claimed the person is now in Syria.
