Forget the pumpkins, candy corn or haunted houses—these wild-dressers boast outfits that look exactly like Halloween costumes...even when they're not dressed up for Halloween. Nicole Richie just couldn't contain her excitement for Halloween. On October 24, with the holiday only a few days away, she arrived at Who What Wear's "50 Style Stars" party in West Hollywood with a pair of lace cat ears on her head. The look, a clear nod to a sexy catwoman, foreshadows something big from Richie come October 31.
