Libya's despotic leader Muammar Gaddafi is allegedly hiding out in Tripoli hospitals at night to avoid NATO attacks, according to an anonymous British official in Prime Minister David Cameron’s camp. Gaddafi's senior commanders have also reportedly stopped communicating via mobile phones for fear that their conversations are being picked up by French, British, and U.S. intelligence. As a result, Gaddafi's regime is now much more disordered without communication from top commanders. NATO has upped the ante on attacks this week, with Britain approving the use of Apache helicopters.
