The NATO strikes must be getting to Muammar Gaddafi: The Wall Street Journal says he’s thinking about fleeing Tripoli for a more secure location outside the capital. The move isn’t imminent, but Gaddafi is nevertheless eyeing his other residences around the country. Also, it may be more than just the NATO strikes that are making Gaddafi sweat: The BBC reports that Libyan rebels in the east are in close contact with an underground network of Gaddafi opponents in Tripoli.
