She’s gone from working for a crazy man to seeking asylum. Halyna Kolotnytska, a Ukrainian who worked as a nurse to Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, has requested political asylum in Norway, according to Norwegian security police. Kolotnytska, who U.S. officials say was Gaddafi’s constant companion, returned to Ukraine in February, but did not offer a reason. It’s unclear whether she traveled to Norway alone or with her daughter and mother, with whom she had been living near Kiev.
