Gaddafi Son Says Reforms Needed

But insists that his father will play a role in new regime.

Keep calm and carry on, everything’s fine, according to Muammar Gaddafi’s son Saadi. He says that while reforms and new faces are needed in the government, his father must remain “the big father who advises.” Saadi also said that while the eastern part of the country was still in the hands of protesters, the rest of the country was operating normally, all airports were open, and the country was “very calm and very safe.” But U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton isn’t buying it, announcing plans Wednesday to evacuate all Americans currently in Libya.
