After 28 years together, KISS bassist Gene Simmons and former "mainstream" adult-film star Shannon Tweed tied the knot Saturday night in Los Angeles. Simmons, 62, and Tweed, 54, have two children, 22-year-old Nick and 19-year-old Sophie, who was the maid of honor. Among the 400 guests were Hugh Hefner, Bill Maher, and KISS members. The couple got engaged this summer when Simmons proposed on the season finale of his own reality show, Gene Simmons Family Jewels. The show will air wedding episodes starting Tuesday.
