A German hunter has killed one of the largest elephants ever spotted in Zimbabwe, just months after rage poured down on a U.S. dentist who shot the African country’s Cecil the Lion. The man paid $60,000 for a permit to hunt the “big five” animals, and hunt organizers are refusing to name him. The elephant hadn’t previously been seen in Gonarezhou National Park, but its tusks alone weighed in at 120 pounds. It is estimated to have been 40 to 60 years old.
