Who knows how to say congrats in German? Tobias Rehberger, an esteemed sculptor who designed a café for the Palazzo delle Esposizioni at the Venice Biennale, took the best artist Golden Lion prize this year. His café, with a dizzying black and white striped floor and modular furniture, is one of the few exhibits at the Biennale that will be recycled for future events.
