Germans Hunt for Berlin Bomb Plotters

Manhunt

Intel says attack could come in weeks.

German authorities have launched a large-scale search for two men suspected to be plotting to blow up high profile targets in Berlin in the coming weeks. The men reportedly traveled several weeks ago from the Waziristan region of Pakistan, and are wearing Western dress and moving frequently to avoid detection. Police fear the attack could focus on the Reichstag, the German parliament building, and a security perimeter has been erected around the historic structure. Authorities also said a second group of terrorists is set to travel from Waziristan in the next several weeks to launch a small arms attack on one or more urban centers in Germany.
