German officials said they’ve arrested three Syrian men they believe were planning an attack on behalf of the Islamic State terror group. The attack, which allegedly would’ve targeted Düsseldorf, may have included suicide bombers, explosives, and firearms. A fourth man, who allegedly told prosecutors about the attack, is still being held. The arrested men were in three different German states when they were taken into custody.
