Getty Heir Had Restraining Order For Ex

Andrew Getty, the grandson of oil baron J. Paul Getty, filed a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend just two weeks before was found dead in his Los Angeles home Tuesday. According to TMZ, Getty said Lanessa DeJonge exacerbated a serious medical condition by causing him added stress. The 47-year-old Getty's death appeared to be from natural causes, but was initially seen as an accident due to medication found at the scene, said Ed Winter, assistant chief to the L.A. County coroner. “The tentative information that we do have is that he was not feeling good for the last couple months,” Winter said. The coroner’s office said further tests could take as long as 10 weeks. Getty’s father’s fortune is estimated at $2.1 billion.
