The San Francisco Giants are off to a fast start in the World Series after beating the Royals in Kansas City 7-1 on Tuesday night. The Giants took the lead in the first inning off a two-run homer by Hunter Pence and never gave up the lead. Prior to the home run, Pence had been 0 for 11 against Royals pitcher James Shields.
