Mel Gibson must pay $60,000 in back child support to Oksana Grigorieva for their 1-year-old daughter. Gibson had been refusing to pay until he was allowed to deduct the $6,000-a-month in rent he pays for the home where Grigorieva is staying with her mother and daughter, but a Los Angeles court rejected his rent deduction and forced him to pay. Grigorieva’s team has also asked the judge to deny Gibson visitation rights, citing fear of the actor’s temper, but the judge isn’t expected to make a decision until another hearing later this year or early in 2011.
