Rep. Gabrielle Giffords' prepares to move to a rehab clinic Wednesday morning after doctors upgraded her condition from 'serious' to 'good'. The move was originally delayed after doctors spotted an excess amount of cerebrospinal fluid during a cat scan. Such brain fluid is common after serious head trauma, but can cause pressure and swelling to the brain if it is not removed, according to doctors. Giffords remained at Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center where doctors inserted a tube to drain some of the fluid out. She is now able to move to TIRR Memorial Hermann, where she can start rehabilitation.
