The young girl who accidentally killed an instructor with an Uzi at an Arizona shooting range thought the gun who was too much for her to handle, so much so that it hurt her shoulder, according to a police report. The 9-year-old girl ran to her parents holding her shoulder after the gun's recoil launched the Uzi upward, sending a bullet into Charles Vacca's head. The girl will not face charges, and the shooting range is being investigated by Arizona's workplace safety agency.
