President Obama must promise the American people that he will not pardon Hillary Clinton for any crime she might be charged with, regardless of “whether she’s elected or not,” according to top Trump surrogate Rudy Giuliani. Appearing late Thursday on Fox News’s Hannity, the former mayor of New York City revealed “Rudy’s list”—a rundown of specific crimes he believes the Democratic nominee could be charged with, including bribery, conspiracy, obstruction of justice, and perjury. Asked by Sean Hannity—a prominent Trump booster—whether he believes Clinton will get away from the latest FBI investigation into her private email server without any indictment, Giuliani said, “No way. There’s one way. If in his lame-duck status Obama gives her a pardon. And he should promise the American people that he will not give her a pardon whether she’s elected or not elected.”
