Rudy Giuliani, an attorney for President Donald Trump in the Russia investigation, told ABC News on Thursday that he is preparing to fight back against a potential subpoena from special counsel Robert Mueller. Giuliani said he believes there is a “50-50 chance” that Mueller issues a subpoena compelling the president to testify. He also said Emmet Flood was brought onto the Trump legal team “because he represented Clinton during their subpoena battle and knows a great deal about it.”
