GlaxoSmithKline was a little too eager for some people to take their medicine. The pharmaceutical manufacturer made what Department of Justice officials are calling the largest fraud settlement by a health-care company in American history on Monday. The company also improperly promoted the depression drug Wellbutrin and did not disclose critical safety information regarding the diabetes medicine Avandia.
