The biggest names in teen media—Glee and Twilight—went up against each other on the Billboard charts this week and in the end, the Gleeks beat out the vampires and werewolves. In a revenge of the nerds battle, Glee: Journey to Regionals, the latest album from Fox’s musical television hit, took the No. 1 Billboard spot this week, while the soundtrack for Twilight Saga: Eclipse debuted at No. 2. This is the third No. 1 album for Glee. Another of its soundtracks, The Music: Volume 3: Showstoppers, which was also a chart-topper, also held strong at No. 7 on this week’s Billboard chart.
