Glee Breaks Elvis’ Record for Most Charted Songs In Hot 100

Glee is now the reigning king. The hit Fox musical television show now has more songs on the Hot 100 chart than any other act in history— beating out the previous record-holder, Elvis Presley. Glee debuted six new songs this week, and when Billboard releases its Hot 100 list Thursday, the show will have 113 songs on the chart. Presley held the previous record with 108 songs, which charted between 1958 and 2003. Glee, however, looks to be much bigger since its debut on Billboard’s Hot 100 was less than two years ago when the show premiered.
