Is there nothing Glenn Beck won’t give his opinion about? The conservative commentator gave a rave review Wednesday to the troubled musical Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark. “This is better than Wicked!” Beck said. “This is one of those shows, this is Phantom of the 21st century. This is Broadway history being made.” Beck said the musical is so good, he would “give a kidney to go see Spider-Man." Beck also took on theater critics, assuming a French accent to say the critics like to determine what is and isn’t theater. The audio clips of Beck can be found on Media Matters, a organization financed by wealthy liberal donors that examines media coverage, and a spokesman for Spider-Man said Beck is not an investor in the show.
