Seve Ballesteros, the famous Spanish golfer, died Saturday at the age of 54 after a long battle with brain cancer. Ballesteros won the Masters twice and the British Open three times. His first major victory was the 1979 British Open; the next year, at age 23, he became the youngest person ever to win the Masters (until Tiger Woods won the Masters at 21 in 1997.) His final major victory came in 1988, again at the British Open.
