As more lawmakers call for South Carolina to ban the Confederate flag in the wake of Wednesday's shooting at a historic black church in Charleston, GOP presidential contender Sen. Lindsey Graham called it a "symbol of hatred, ITV reported Sunday. "People take that symbol and they use it in a hateful manner." Graham's comments come as service reopened at the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church after alleged terrorist Dylann Roof killed nine people last week. Authorities discovered Roof's manifesto on Saturday, in which the writer's racists comments discussed "black on white" crime and called slavery a "myth." On Sunday night, thousands of people marched across Charleston's main bridge to show unity, singing "This Little Light of Mine."
