A great white shark was spotted swimming off the coast of the Hamptons this week. The non-profit OCEARCH outfitted the juvenile male with a tracker in December off Jekyll Island, Georgia, and it’s been making its way north since then. On Sunday, the 8-foot-8, 395-pound creature named Jekyll pinged from right off Westhampton Beach, though it was further out in the Atlantic by the following night. “We’re excited to see where he spends his summer & fall,” the organization said.
