The Greek parliament approved a second round of economic overhaul measures demanded by the country’s creditors, clearing the way for a third European Union bailout. Prime Minister Alex Tsipras again faced dissent from his own ruling party, but the draft legislation passed overwhelmingly, 230 to 63, in favor of the changes. The measures include overhauling the judiciary and changes to Greece’s banking system. Enacting the reforms was the final hurdle before Greece can begin negotiations with creditors on its third bailout—for around $93 billion. Bailout talks are expected to begin in Athens on Friday.
