Members of the Greek parliament opposed to the country’s €86 billion bailout agreement with the European Union will break from the prime minister’s party to form a new one, they said, after Alexis Tsipras stepped down Thursday to force early elections. The group of 25 Syriza MPs will be known as Popular Unity, which hopes to become the third largest party in the upcoming elections. The party’s new leader, Panagiotis Lafazanis, had earlier said he wants to “smash the eurozone dictatorship.”
