Funny people seemed to beat pretty people on Friday in the duel of the new release comedies. Get Him to the Greek, starring Jonah Hill and Russell Brand, grossed $6.2 million at the box office, ahead of Killers, with Ashton Kutcher and Katherine Heigl, which grossed $5.7 million. Still, the fourth installment in the Shrek franchise, Forever After, is expected to finish at No. 1 for a third consecutive weekend after raking in $6.5 million on Friday to take its total to $164.6.
