The son of Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin was found dead Monday. Michael Philbin, 21, was visiting friends in Oshkosh, Wis., and was reported missing Sunday. A dive-rescue crew recovered his body from the Fox River near the University of Wisconsin’s Oshkosh campus. Michael Philbin was last heard from on a Sunday-morning cellphone call. At about the same time as the call, authorities got word that someone had fallen into the river.
