The star of The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams, Dan Haggerty, died of cancer Friday morning at the age of 74. The actor played a fictional version of the famed 18th-century mountain man. The network show only ran from 1977–78, but was later spun off into two TV films. Haggerty was reportedly diagnosed with cancer in August.
