A gunman in Austria reportedly fired shots into a crowd at a concert in the country's westernmost province. Police say the man was arguing with a woman in a nearby parking lot before he got his gun and started shooting into the crowd at random. The rounds of gunfire killed two people and wounded 11 others before the man killed himself.
