Gwyneth Paltrow of Country Strong & Cee Lo Green of Forget You On SNL

Gwyneth Paltrow gave Cee Lo Green’s song “Forget You” a boost when she revamped it on Glee in November and now, the two will team up for the Saturday Night Live stage. Though she hasn’t done so in a decade, this will be the second time Paltrow (who stars as a washed-up singer in the upcoming film Country Strong) has hosted the sketch comedy show. The January 15 SNL episode will be Green’s first appearance as a solo artist—he previously appeared as musical guest as half of the duo Gnarls Barkley. As of last week, Green and Paltrow mentioned they would be collaborating. “We're actually working on something,” Green told E! on Thursday. “We've been considering a few things actually… Whatever we're going to do is going to be extra cool." Paltrow added on Good Morning America on Monday, “We don't know where that's gonna go… But I am such a big fan of Cee Lo, he is so gorgeous and talented and amazing. We'll see.”
