The Florida man who flew a gyrocopter into restricted airspace and landed on the steps of the U.S. Capitol has been indicted by a grand jury and is facing six charges and a potential 9.5 years in prison. Douglas Hughes flew from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, to the Capitol’s West Lawn on April 15 to protest the influence of big money in politics.
