Breaking up is hard to do: H-P is suing former CEO Mark Hurd. The Associated Press says H-P is seeking to block Hurd from taking a job as co-president of Oracle. Hurd received a $40 million severance package when H-P fired him after it discovered dubious expense reports during an investigation into his personal relationship with a contractor (and former softcore porn star). His predecessor as co-president of Oracle stepped down after a woman he was having an affair with advertised their relationship on billboards and a website.
