A mother was shot dead by the father of their young kid during a custody exchange Sunday in Los Angeles, according to cops. The couple’s 17-month-old child was at the scene of shooting but wasn't harmed. The incident happened outside Hawthorne Police Department station late Sunday afternoon. Cops said the 27-year-old mom was killed when the 30-year-old father opened fire on her with a shotgun.
