The U.S. military canceled a pretrial hearing Sunday for five suspects involved in the September 11 attacks. This delays the process of trying these men being held at Guantanamo Bay. Attorneys for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and the other alleged co-conspirators claimed that the FBI was spying on them which created a conflict of interest between them and their clients. This slow process is adding to criticisms of Guantanamo Bay and the failure to properly try suspects held there.
