Heather Locklear was arrested last weekend for a hit-and-run after crashing her black BMW into a “No Parking” sign in Westlake Village, California, TMZ reports. The Melrose Place actress was cited for a misdemeanor and then released. The run-in could be a violation of probation for Locklear, who pleaded no contest to a 2008 charge of reckless driving after allegedly driving under the influence.
