Grey's Anatomy may soon be without some vital organs: According to James Pickens Jr., the actor who plays Dr. Webber on the show, two of Grey's Anatomy's biggest stars-Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight-will soon be leaving the program. Knight, according to Us Magazine, complains to Heigl about the show all the time and has had several talks with the show's executive producer.
