It's hard to show your cool layering techniques and clever high-low combos from under a giant, bulky parka. When the weather is below freezing, the question is always the same. Be warm or be stylish? Well, just because you have to wear a coat doesn’t mean you can’t be chic, as was clear from those heading into the Dion Lee, Kanye West, Tracy Reese, and Tadashi Shoji shows at Fashion Week, decked out in all kinds of vibrant coats and furs.
