Hillary Clinton filed documents disclosing that she earned more than $5 million in royalties from her book Hard Choices in 2015 and took in around $1.5 million in speaking fees before her campaign officially launched. Bill reported he earned upward of $5 million in speaking fees. Those disclosures were part of her filings to the Federal Election Commission this week. Presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump did not release his tax returns, but released a statement this week claiming that his personal wealth was valued at $10 billion.
