Almost 70 bags of heroin were found in Philip Seymour Hoffman's apartment along with syringes, prescription drugs, and other drug paraphernalia. The NYPD launched a citywide manhunt Monday for the drug dealer who supplied Hoffman. An email went out to all cops from a chief narcotics officer, asking for information on the particular brand of heroin found on Hoffman, marked with the ace of spades.
