The remains of a 20th Century Fox executive missing since 2012 have been found and identified in California. Gavin Smith, 57, was a married father of three who disappeared in early May 2012 after leaving a friend’s home. The case was changed from a missing-persons case to a homicide in February 2013, when his car was found at a storage facility. No one has yet been charged with his death.
