Five officials at a Denver high school have been placed on administrative leave after horrific videos emerged showing young teen cheerleaders at a team camp being physically forced to do splits. The coach, Ozell Williams, is a Guinness World Record holder and a former contestant on America’s Got Talent. Eight girls were allegedly involved. “We do not and will not allow any situation in which a student is forced to perform an activity or exercise beyond the point at which they express their desire to stop,” Tom Boasberg, the superintended of Denver Public Schools, said in a statement. Kirsten Wakefield, the mother of one of the girls told KUSA, “This is a grown man pushing my 13-year-old against her will.”
