According to a report from the UN, close to 50 people have been killed in airstrikes in Syria on Monday that hit various hospitals and schools. Seven people were killed in an air strike on a Medecins Sans Frontieres hospital. The organization believes that either Russia or Syria's government was responsible for the deadly strike. An additional eight people are missing from the hospital after the attack. This comes days after Russia and other world powers agreed to a stop to hostilities to begin this week.
