Britain's right-wing press is applauding Prime Minister David Cameron's refusal to join an updated version of the Lisbon Treaty this week, and the left-wing press says he made a horrible mistake. The Financial Times' Philip Stephens says no one should be surprised the UK was the EU killjoy.
