Party season is upon us! Just based on the fact that you're reading this, we assume you've been on the Internet at some point this year and thus are aware of a couple viral dance crazes. Over the course of the next few days you may feel the urge to try some of these moves out for yourself, whether it be the Nae Nae, the dab, the quan, or your dad’s favorite: the hotline bling.

We don't normally encourage this type of behavior. However, if you must, please do so responsibly. Here’s a how-to guide to nailing these viral dance trends with the least amount of embarrassment.
