Instead of appearing at the Fox News GOP Iowa debate, Donald Trump announced that he will host a rival event benefiting veterans. The event, scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. ET, will reportedly feature appearances from fellow candidates Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum.
Trump turned down his invitation to appear at the Fox debate after his conflict with the cable news outlet came to a boil over his negative comments about moderator and anchor Megyn Kelly.
