Hewlett-Packard Co. is preparing to cut 25,000-30,000 jobs as it splits into two separate entities. The restructuring will cost the company $2.7 billion. One of the entities after the planned November split will be called Hewlett Packard Enterprise and will supply businesses with technology while the other HP Inc. will sell personal computers. Former HP CEO Carly Fiorina will be taking the debate stage Wednesday night.
