Thirteen years after they were killed, more than 1,100 unidentified victims of 9/11 will return to the site of their deaths. New York City announced it will move remains into a private repository, not accessible to the public, inside the National September 11th Memorial & Museum. Victims' families were notified about the move last weekend but not all are pleased with the short notice and location inside a museum.
