After three days of deadlocked jury deliberations, Judge Barry G. Williams declared a mistrial in the case of Officer William G. Porter, who was charged with manslaughter in the April death of Baltimore man Freddie Gray. The jurors could not reach a unanimous agreement on any of the four charges Porter faced: involuntary manslaughter, assault, misconduct in office, and reckless endangerment.
